Form NA7: Individual Guarantee Application for Relative TRC

Form NA7 (promulgated under Circular No. 22/2023/TT-BCA) is the statutory sponsorship form used by individuals (Vietnamese citizens or foreign nationals holding a valid TRC/PRC) to sponsor foreign relatives (spouse, children, parents) for a Dependent Temporary Residence Card (Category TT), submitted in conjunction with Form NA8.

[!IMPORTANT] Corporate Sponsorship (NA6) vs. Individual Sponsorship (NA7):

• •Form NA6 + Form NA8: Used by organizations/enterprises sponsoring foreign employees (LĐ1, LĐ2) or investors (ĐT1, ĐT2, ĐT3).
• •Form NA7 + Form NA8: Used by individuals sponsoring foreign family dependents (Category TT, valid for up to 3 years or matching the primary sponsor's TRC validity).
• •Personal sponsorship requires official certification from the local Ward Police (Công an phường/xã) and legalized relationship documents (Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate).
