Form NA6: Corporate Guarantee Application for Temporary Residence Card (TRC)

Form NA6 is the official corporate sponsorship letter submitted by organizations and enterprises in Vietnam along with Form NA8 to apply for a Temporary Residence Card (TRC) under Circular 04/2015/TT-BCA.

[!IMPORTANT] Statutory TRC Duration by Legal Card Category (Article 38 of the Immigration Law): TRC duration is strictly determined by statutory visa/card symbol rather than a generic duration:

• •Category ĐT1: Up to 10 years (Investment capital of VND 100 billion or more).
• •Category ĐT2: Up to 05 years (Investment capital of VND 50 billion to under VND 100 billion).
• •Categories ĐT3, LĐ1, LĐ2: Up to 02 years (Investment under VND 50B; foreign experts with Work Permit or WP exemption).
• •Category TT (Family Dependent): Up to 03 years (or matching the principal sponsor's TRC validity).
• •Note: TRC validity must be at least 30 days shorter than the remaining passport validity.
