• •Foreign Experts: Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience matching the proposed job assignment in Vietnam; or at least 5 years of proven experience with a suitable professional practicing certificate.
• •Executive Directors: Defined as heads of branch offices, representative offices, or leaders directly in charge of at least one core operational department reporting directly to corporate executive leadership.

1.2. Reduced Foreign Labor Requirement Filing Window

• •Employers must file the foreign labor demand explanation report at least 15 days (reduced from 30 days) prior to the intended commencement date.
• •Streamlined submission through the national digital public service portal.

1. •Step 1: Foreign Labor Demand Approval (Filed 15+ days prior to employment).
